Bar Clamp

About Bar Clamp

A bar clamp holds work firm without crushing the core. Free hours need the same hold: counted, stopped, and kept off the paid day.

Bar Clamp takes its name from the long steel bar that closes two jaws on a workpiece. After a week of paid work is finished, the pieces that remain look like free hours waiting for a hold: a Saturday morning, a Sunday hour, odd minutes after dinner. If they stay scattered they scar Monday. If they sit between the jaws with a written stop they can be measured, priced after costs, and marked in a short weekly note.

The default block used here is a Saturday morning. It is visible. It does not steal weeknights unless a person writes that evening onto the bar. Side work that cannot sit in one clamp opening is work that will lean on the main week.

How this desk works

  • Guides stay educational. Bar Clamp does not publish earnings promises or invented figures as typical results.
  • Each piece is reviewed before it is posted and updated when a rule or a platform term changes.
  • No courses, lists or memberships are sold. Everything on this site is free to read.

What this desk is not

Bar Clamp is not a financial adviser, an accountant or a law firm. Decisions with tax or employment impact belong with a qualified professional. Corrections and notes may be sent to [email protected].
